Is Your Thing – What is your thing?
1. What makes your shirts unique?
Every piece is printed to order, making it special and personal just for you.
2. What type of shirts do you use?
We use high-quality, soft cotton or cotton-blend shirts that are comfortable, durable, and perfect for everyday wear. Detailed material information is available on each product page.
3. How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our size chart on each product page before placing your order. If you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our shirts are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and an additional 3–7 business days for shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our items are custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily replace it. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders are immediately sent to production. Therefore, they cannot be canceled or changed.
7. Will my order arrive in one package?
Depending on your order, items may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery. You’ll receive tracking info for each package if applicable.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States.
9. How should I care for my shirt?
To keep your shirt looking great:

Turn it inside out before washing

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle

Tumble dry low or hang dry

Avoid ironing directly on the design
